Karon Hatler -
Hospitality Manager
 As Hospitality Manager of Palapas Ventana, Karon’s top priority is to ensure that guests are happy and having fun! She has very high standards for giving excellent service, and her focus is to provide clean, comfortable accommodations with a Mexican décor. Karon fell in love with the magic of Mexico 6 years ago during the Hatler family’s first trip to Baja for the X-mas holidays. That trip became a tradition every year after, and the friendly culture and climate of the La Ventana area are the reasons Karon decided to live here. Karon loves to snorkel, sail, hike, read, dance and work with pottery/ceramics.Karon’s credentials: * Spent several years in the San Francisco Bay area as a partner in a sailboat business * 20 years with various Silicon Valley companies in management and training * BS in HR and Management, University of San Francisco |
