Say that name 3 times fast!! Raised in La Paz, Jimena studied oceanography in Ensenada and then returned to La Ventana to run her family's shrimp hatchery. She now works full time for Palapas Ventana and keeps our books, runs our restaurant, teaches spanish, cooking, and leads snorkels. Jimena loves the ocean and is an avid diver and boogieboarder. She is also our leader in community fundraising and a candidate for future mayor of La Ventana.
